Our Team

Nivine Rushdy, MBA

Ms. Rushdy is an experienced Human Resource Management professional with over 25 years of management experience – more than 15 years of experience in managing recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations functions.  She has a unique experience in building a human resources management infrastructure within the fast moving consumer goods industry, the telecom industry and outsourcing human resource business process consultancy and re-engineering services to major local and international companies in the Egyptian and international market.

Ms. Rushdy has started her career in the hotel industry, then she moved to the Coca-Cola Company of Egypt in the capacity of Group Recruitment Manager.

She has shared in her capacity as HR Director in the establishment and launch of the first 1200 seats call center in Egypt (Xceed) outsourcing customer care services to Europe and the USA in 9 languages.

Ms. Rushdy was the Human Resource and Administration Manager of Middle East Glass Manufacturing Company.  She has been in charge of a major organization development project in line with the company strategy to double the production capacity during 2009.

She joined Etisalat Egypt late 2009 in the capacity of Head of Talent Management.

Ms. Rushdy is currently the CEO of The Human Capital company “HC” for HR shared services and outsourcing.  Also, she is an accredited instructor at the HR Diploma program (run by the American University in Egypt and the Edinburgh Business school MBA program sponsored by the AUC Management Center), a certified assessor from SHL, and a DDI certified.

Nivine holds a B.A. in Economics and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the American University in Cairo.  She has an MBA from the British Edinburgh Business School (Heriott Watt University).

Adel Helmy Tobi

Throughout his 37 years of experience, Adel has performed, managed and supported a variety of a wide scope of functional areas, covering the business, and enriched his competencies; such as: Integrated Management System, Consulting, Quality, HR, Business Processes, CRM, Satisfaction Management, Distribution & Logistics, Instructing & Training, Safety & Security, Contracts & Procurement, Business Services, Audit & Business Controls, Legal, IT Systems Engineering, Finance, HR, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Projects & Logistics, Customer Service Centers, Unified Automatic Fare Collection, Real Estate, Automation.

Above engagements were mainly performed at IBM, Roads & Transport Authority "RTA Dubai", World Bank, European Union, Ministry of Tourism, Aviation IT "AVIT", C4 Advanced Solutions “UAE”, Software Engineering Competency Center "SECC", Multitrade, Al Ahly for Real Estate Development “Sabbour”, Gloria Ceramic & THIMAR (Manufacturing and Commercial) Groups, Future Labs, Hoechst, among others.

Adel is an Electrical Communication engineer, with a Master’s of Science degree in Computer & Automatic Control Engineering.

Mohamed Aly A.Fattah

Mohamed Aly A.Fattah, PhD, CCT has 25 years of experience in the fields of Strategic Planning, Organizational Development & Change, and is well-known corporate trainer and management consultant in these fields. He has graduated from the American University in Cairo, while got his PhD in “Effect of Organizational Culture on the Implementation of Strategies” from the UK.

Mohamed is a certified corporate trainer & consultant who delivered: More than 1200 successful lectures & corporate training days for 15000+ trainees, & more than 750 consulting days (training & consulting for 60+ organizations). This covered the fields of Strategic Planning/Management, Org Development, Time Optimization, Strategic Leadership, & Training Trainers, in Egypt, GCC, Levant, & United Kingdom. He experienced a wide variety of clientele in different markets including multi-nationals, regional, & local companies, in addition to factories, NGOs and some governmental entities. He has also participated in more than 20 development conferences in Europe, Middle East, & North Africa in these fields.

Mohamed was the General Manager of LEAD Projects, the Management Consultant of the British Spot Local, SETTEC, Domiaty, & the Org. Dev. Consultant of SCATEC, SOLVAY, ProSoft Info. Systems. This is along with other regional and local companies in Egypt, and the Arab Region. He was also one of the early birds of Internet in Egypt as he was managing the widely known Microsoft Network (MSN) in the Region.

In the education field, Mohamed is a distinguished Lecturer of Strategic Management & Organizational Behavior at the School of Business at American University in Cairo and Edinburgh School of Business of Herriot Watt University, and occasionally at University of London. This is in addition of being a Development Consultant for Executive Education at AUC School of Business for seven years.

In the corporate field, Mohamed is currently the Chairman of “Nahdet El Mahrousa” Association, General Manager of METRICS Consulting, and the Management Consultant & Board member of Al Madina Group for Advanced Technologies. He is a member in the International Organization Development Network, the British Trainers-Base Association, & Egyptian Management Consultants Association.

Hossam El-Din Monzer Kabbani

Certified Management Training Instructor

Mr. Kabbani has a vast corporate experience. He has worked as the Chief Business Development Officer at Egyptian Takaful Life Insurance Company – Gulf Insurance Group, Sr. Corporate Sales Manager at Commercial International Life Insurance Company- S.A.E, Business Development Manager at ACE Life Insurance Company- S.A.E (Multinational Company), and Marketing & & Sales Manager at DEPA Hotel Interiors – Egypt S.A.E (Multinational Company).

In his capacity as a trainer, Hossam has worked since 2006 as a Certified Dale Carnegie international Trainer (Carnegie University USA), Certified LMI international Facilitator (Leadership Management International - LMI institute), American University in Cairo Certified Instructor (Learning Center Teaching – Executive Education – School of business), and British University in Egypt Certified Instructor (Centre for Community and Consulting Services “CCCS”), and Heliopolis University in Egypt Certified Instructor.

Ahmed Abbas Moussa

Sales & Management Training Instructor

Ahmed facilitates and trains Etisalat Misr employees on various competencies using deferent development moods i.e. workshops, lectures or simulation gaming. The trainings areas are: Customer service and internal customer relations, Creative thinking and Innovation, Personal learning and development.

Ahmed has founded the Training and Development department at Seoudi Investment Group. He was R&D associate at ZAD Group and participated in the development of several training courses, training paths and succession plans. He was Corporate Trainer at Wadi Holdings; he added different and fresh touches in the HR infrastructure from competency assessment and competency profile to training needs assessment.

Ahmed has trained managers from Sanofi MENA and CIC college students on communication skills in English language, AUC staff on customer service (VOC), EVA Pharma employees on marketing and Business to high school students in Manarat American School.

Ahmed worked a sales trainer in C3 call center, was training agents on selling techniques and product knowledge. Ahmed was trained on Marketing in TNT Worldwide.

Ahmed Abbas holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration Department.
