Ahmed facilitates and trains Etisalat Misr employees on various competencies using deferent development moods i.e. workshops, lectures or simulation gaming. The trainings areas are: Customer service and internal customer relations, Creative thinking and Innovation, Personal learning and development.
Ahmed has founded the Training and Development department at Seoudi Investment Group. He was R&D associate at ZAD Group and participated in the development of several training courses, training paths and succession plans. He was Corporate Trainer at Wadi Holdings; he added different and fresh touches in the HR infrastructure from competency assessment and competency profile to training needs assessment.
Ahmed has trained managers from Sanofi MENA and CIC college students on communication skills in English language, AUC staff on customer service (VOC), EVA Pharma employees on marketing and Business to high school students in Manarat American School.
Ahmed worked a sales trainer in C3 call center, was training agents on selling techniques and product knowledge. Ahmed was trained on Marketing in TNT Worldwide.
Ahmed Abbas holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration Department.
