This course is designed for those required, as part of their duties, to recruit and select members of staff. It will address the necessary skills and teach the techniques essential to undertake effective role design, skill specifications and conducting tests and interviews. It also looks at the costs to an organization of ‘getting it wrong’ and how to deal with unsuccessful candidates. Finally, there will be an opportunity to compile a personal development plan.
