Module 2: Organizational Infrastructure
- Building the right Hard Infrastructure 2.5 hrs
- Matching the Soft Infrastructure 2.5 hrs

Module 3: Organizational Change
- Understanding the Change Process 2.5 hrs
- Module 6 Managing Change and Resistance 2.5 hrs
DAY 4
Exam & Discussion
- Written Exam & Evaluation 2.5 hrs

- Material in English. Instructing language mix of English and Arabic.
- References: OD Books & Periodicals 2000-2015, and practices in Egypt by distinguished lectures and professionals.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor Degree.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
Requirements to be certified
- Attendance of at least four modules out of six modules.
- Submitting the case study according to set standards (Pass or Fail).
- Passing Exam with a 70% score or more.
